All,
For tomorrow's conference call agenda,
I propose we decide how to handle:
1) Invitations & publicity plan
-- with September close, we will be best served by beginning to promote
the event, and actively extend invitations as people return from their
summer holidays.
2) Registration -- can this be integrated
with OpenOffice.org, or is this best handled independently. How?
3) Status of Italian government endorsement,
participation?
4) Finalize accomodation request/reservation
process
5) Confirm the contribution of 'materials';
i.e. software to permit a productive plug-fest provided by participants,
and participants corporate sponsor, if applicable.
6) Social event; e.g. dinner, etc. on
Monday evening, November 1? Suggestions?
