In-person meeting

We decided last week not to use any
phone time for this topic, so we probably ought to discuss it by email!

The two suggestions on the table are
that we meet at the CSUN conferences this month and/or the OASIS conference
in May.

I personally cannot attend CSUN, as
it conflicts with IETF.  However, if enough people from this subcommittee
are going to be at CSUN, I strongly urge you to get together and make any
progress you can!  I can definitely attend the May conference.
