draw:textbox and name

One last look at draw:textbox vs. form:textarea.

Do we need a name on draw:text-box? this is just a text object in a drawing. I did not see a name for it in the schema. The minutes said that it did but I did not see it. I can add this to the list of drawing objects if acceptable. Perhaps Hiro could confirm at the meeting Thursday.
