Subject: cell addressing schemas
This is important for accessibility. In AT testing, Hiro discovered a problem with cell addressing conventions where we were inconsistent. This impacted screen reading access to tables (accessibility point of view).
At today's TC meeting and agreed to change the example in section 8.2.6 to match the cell addressing schema described in section 8.3.1.
