That should give you a hint. Basically, we'll be adopting RDF as
metadata model, and will allow it to be bound to content. I should
think that could be really valuable for accessibility, in the sense
that you can present additional information about document content
(including images).

The use case and requirements document on which we're basing our work
includes an accessibility use case.
