Ishihara-san found an issue in "intra-document"
hyperlinks in the ODF spec.
I think that the issue yields this kind
of incompatibility.
He will report it early next week.

I see some errors in section 3.3 Special Considerations for Sub-tables.
1) The hyperlink from the TOC doesn't work. (Several others in the
TOC are also broken.)
2) On page 29 the section number prefix is missing, i.e. the "3.3",
i.e. it should be "3.3 Special Considerations for Sub-tables"
3) The text just below the first subtable example has an extraneous prefix
text, "29", i.e. "29Table 1: sub-table exampleis an example"
