Subject: Pete's table action items for next ODF AccSC call

Here is the response for my action items for the next ODF AccSC call...

Sections 10.2 and 10.3 have a fairly positive indication that charts always have a related table, either embedded in the chart or separate from the chart but embedded somewhere else in the parent document.  However, I'm concerned about the use of the word "may" and have asked the TC for a clarification.

Section 10.2 and 10.3 contain this text...

10.2 Introduction to Chart Documents
Chart documents are always contained within other XML documents. There are two types of chart container documents:
10.3 <chart:chart>
The <chart:chart>  element represents an entire chart, including titles, a legend, and the graphical object that visualizes the underlying data called the plot area. The data underlying the chart is represented by a table element. This element may also exist for embedded charts that get the data from the container document. In that case the chart can be rendered without getting the data from the container document.

1) Insert a chart into a word processing document
2) Press F5 to activate the Navigator and select the chart.
3) Press Enter to enter the chart.
4) Press F10 to activate the context menu
5) Choose Chart Data
6) Navigate through the table that is presented.
