Subject: Updage to the guidelines

Attached is an update to the Accessibility
Guidelines. The changes are:
1) In section 2.3.1 "Characteristics
of Engineered Accessibility Frameworks" I added the what a11y frameworks
should be capable of in order to provide a11y support for tables.
2) Changed text in 2.3.2 from "Apple
Accessibility API" to "The Mac OS X Accessibility Protocol"
and changed the version of its first appearance from OS X 10.4 to 10.2.
See http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Accessibility/Conceptual/AccessibilityMacOSX/OSXAXModel/chapter_4_section_1.html
3) Changed the glossary entry "Universal
Access API" to "Mac OS X Accessibility Protocol" and in
that glossary entry used "Max OS X accessibility framework" instead
of "“Universal Access” features".
4) Scanned the doc and changed 1.1 to
1.2.
5) Renamed the file to remove 1.1 from
file name.
I also checked to see if I could remove
section 3.3 (subtables). This text was motivated by problematic examples
in section 8.2.6 of the 1.1 spec and those examples are now gone from the
equivalent section 8.1011 of the 1.2 spec. However, the information
in section 3.3 is still valid and an awareness of the issues could be helpful.
