joining the subcommittee

Hello all,

I am joining this subcommittee. The software that I am developing requires 
serializing of document changes and synchronizing with other office suites. 
For this MCT looks like a promising concept and is similar to the direction we 
are taking in our implementations. Because of this I hope to bring implementor 
experiences to this subcommittee.
