The non-normative appendix C in ODF 1.1 and 1.2cd1 mentions
application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text-web (.oth), template
for HTML documents
It is not mentioned in the normative sections, so there appears
to be no use for this type.
Either remove it (my personal suggestion), or specify it in the
normative section.
