Specification of draw:luminance contradicts itself

Hi all,

the attribute "20.135 draw:luminance" contradicts itself. In the 
description it says "specifies a signed percentage value" but its data 
type is "zeroToHundredPercent". It should have the same data type as 
e.g. draw:red, which is signedZeroToHundredPercent.

AOO and LO write actually negative values, Calligra does not know this 
attribute and MS Office 2013 does not write it and reading gives odd 
results even for positive values.
