OFFICE-3664 Additional chart type: box plot

Are there any further details available about the status of this JIRA issue:

For example, how OASIS is considering implementing the box plot chart type in ODF? I could not find it having been discussed on the OASIS lists previously. I see that Regina reported this matter as an OOo enhancement back in 2003:

... and LibreOffice has recently received the same enhancement request, with additional details:

I tried (poorly) to clarify the LO issue, but thankfully the original reporter has provided improved details (refer comments 5 and 6 in the LO report). I just wanted to bring this to the attention of the OASIS members in case there is some information in this LO bug that requires additional consideration.
