Subject: Posted the spreadsheet on financial functions
Greetings! The formula SC does not have a misc. folder and so I posted the spreadsheet with the rough summary of the "parameters" for the financial functions to the misc. folder for the ODF TC. You can find that file at: ODF version: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/download.php/35713/OpenFormula_Financial_ACCRINT-YIELDMAT.ods PDF version: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/download.php/35714/OpenFormula_Financial_ACCRINT-YIELDMAT.pdf Neither version should be read as taking a position on the current or proposed format of functions, definitions for those functions, etc. This is simply one way to collect information in order to make decisions about whether it should remain as is, be changed or presented in a particular way, or not. One of the first issues I think the Formula SC needs to address in January is reaching a consensus on how to define functions. There seems to be a fair amount of difference on that issue, whether that amounts to disagreement or not remains to be seen. I say that in part because of the variation between the various functions in the current draft. Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season!
