I agree. Before I wasn't even aware that we could use
"Note: Expression authors ..."
in a standard. Nitpick: instead of "implementations" we should use
"evaluators", yes?

Patrick, if no one objects please go ahead with these changes building
on draft22a I uploaded Thursday.
