This sounds like a good idea. Maybe
start with a single 90-minute conf call with overview and Q&A and see
where it goes from there. Formal liaisons could follow if needed
for a longer term relationship. (OASIS has procedures in place for this.)
We're still in draft, so any input at this stage is good. Best
to front-load the expert comments than to be surprised by criticism when
it is too late to react.

How open is the ODF community to input at this stage? Would
it be useful to W3C and ODF to meet and plan mutual review of specs?
(If so, who should be in the meeting?)
