Hello Bob,

I would like to make some suggestion for the template.

As for the categories I suggest editing, formatting, import / export for 
example.

A further suggestion is to ask under section 'Requirement', what the use 
case for the requirement is (besides the description of teh requirement 
itself). That can help to classify the need of the requirement.
