[office] URGENT: Face to Face Meeting moved one day to Feb 18/19

Hello all,

Just an update from today's conference call: The TC has decided to move 
the meeting one day, to February 18/19.

If this causes problems, please respond immediatly. The decision is 
final 24h after the meeting, so TC members who did not attend the phone 
meeting have a chance to voice their opinion. Barring significant 
problems, booking can start in 24h (Tue 14th, 5pm GMT).


Reason: Feb 17th is a public holidy in the US. While it is possible to 
get a room on the 17th, nobody will be present in case there are any 
problems, in particular there will be no building service available. In 
other words, we might find ourselves unable to even get inside if 
anything goes wrong... :-(

Given this problem moving the meeting one day seems the best we can do. 
So the worst that could happen to those that have already booked their 
flights is that they could only attend during the first day. This would 
still seem less costly than moving to a completely different date.

Michael and I are rather embarrassed we didn't find out earlier. Please 
accept our apologies if this causes any problems to you...
