Acceptance of Minutes of the January, the 13th meeting

- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

Action Items
------------
- Michael Brauer: Clarify details of Face-to-Face meeting.
   - The meeting will take place in Menlo Park, February the
     18th/19th, from 9am to 5pm on the 18th and from 9am to 4pm on
     the 19th.
- Uche Ogbuji: Prepare examples of mixed content models that can be
   expressed best by Relax-NG schemes.
   - done, posted in TC's mailing list
- Daniel Vogelheim/Michael Brauer: Clarify technical details about
   editing the specification.
   - done, see below
- Daniel Vogelheim: Convert OpenOffice.org DTD into Relax-NG schema
   using DTDInst and make result available to the TC.
   - done, posted on web page, see also below
- Daniel Vogelheim: Create proposal for conceptual packages in the
   DTD/schema.
   - in progress
- Michael Brauer: Create proposal for a project plan.
   - done, posted on web page, see below.


Technical details about editing the specification
-------------------------------------------------
The TC unanimously agreed to use the OpenOffice.org format to edit the 
specification document, but to publish the TC's internal working draft 
in HTML and/or PDF format as well.

The TC also discussed how collaboration on the working draft could take 
place. Michael Brauer will contact Karl Best to check whether there is 
support by OASIS.

Converted Relax-NG schemes
--------------------------
The Relax-NG schemes that have been automatically converted from the 
OpenOffice.org DTD are available at
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200301/msg00022.html
A decision whether these automatically generated schemes will be used as 
base for further work or whether Relax-NG schemes will be created 
manually shall take place in the next meeting. At the same time it shall 
be decided whether the compact or the XML Relax-NG syntax will be used.

Working plan
------------
The TC unanimously accepted the working plan prepared by Michael Brauer.


New Action Items
----------------
- All: Prepare decisions about using the automatically generated
   Relax-NG schemes and about using compact or XML Relax-NG syntax.
- Daniel Vogelheim: Prepare specification document for editing
- Michael Brauer: Contact Karl Best about OASIS support in
   collaborated work on documents.
