TC con call start time
----------------------
No objections regarding a weekly 4pm GMT con call start time have been
raised on the TC's list so far. For this reason, the TC agreed to start
the November the 3rd meeting at 4pm GMT as well, but leaves it open to
switch to the bi-weekly 4pm/7pm schedule at a later date.

Discussion of Work Package 5.3 Style Properties
-----------------------------------------------
The TC unanimously agreed to Daniels's proposal for pages sequences (see
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200310/msg00031.html and
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200310/msg00032.html). The
page sequence element <text:page-sequence> will be contained in the
document body of text document, and it will reference master pages (i.e.
<style:master-page> elements). To avoid conflicts with master page infos
contained in the main text flow, a text document will either contain a
main text flow, or a page sequence, but not both simultaneously. That
is, the <office:body> element will either contain <text:p>, <text:h>,
<table:table> elements etc., or an <text:page-sequence> element. Text
boxes, images, etc. are allowed in both situations.

Discussion of Work Package 5.4 Special Styles
---------------------------------------------
The TC agreed to vote about bibliography configurations by e-mail.

The TC continued the discussion of multiple outline styles that are used
simultaneously in a document. It unanimously agreed to Michael's
proposal for evaluating numbering style information for headings and to
add "text:start-value" and "text:restart-numbering" attributes to the
"text:h" element (see
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200310/msg00033.html).

The TC agreed to keep the special styles unchanged with the
exception of changes agreed so far and the bibliography configurations
where the voting will take place by e-mail.

Discussion of Work Package 5.5 Font Declarations
------------------------------------------------
The TC has already agreed in it's 25 August 2003 con call to replace the
font declarations with SVG's/CSS2's font face declarations (see
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200308/msg00034.html).

Discussion of Work Package 5.6 Number Styles
--------------------------------------------
The TC discussed number styles that specify how numeric values should be
displayed. Such numeric values include numbers, but also dates and
times. Number styles can be applied to the content of table cells and
fields, and are referenced by a "style:data-style-name" attribute.

The TC agreed that wherever number style can be referenced using a
"style:data-style-name" attribute, the attribute should be optional. If
no number style is referenced, a system and application specific format
will be used. The TC agreed that the specification editors will check
the occurrences of the attribute and turn it into an optional attribute
there this is not the case already.

The TC unanimously agreed to keep the rest of the specification of
number styles unchanged.

New Action Items
----------------
- Michael Brauer: Prepare voting about bibliography configuration.
