Acceptance of Minutes of the January, the 26th meeting
------------------------------------------------------
- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

Action Items
------------
Michael Brauer: Check whether plain XML file format is mentioned in the
specification.
   - done. The plain file format is mentioned.
Daniel Vogelheim: Clarify on the Relax-NG mailing list whether an
automatic conversion to DTDs exists.
   - in progress
Michael Brauer: Get in contact with DCMI regarding a liaison relationship.

Specification document Clarifications
-------------------------------------
The TC discussed some details of the specification document that need a
clarification by the TC:

The TC unanimously agreed to move the protection-key for change tracking
information in spreadsheet documents to the document specific settings,
as it was already agreed for the protection key of text document change
tracking information, but to leave the protection-keys for text sections
at the section elements.

The TC further agreed that all attribute values that contain formulas
should start with a namespace prefix. This was already agreed for
attributes that contain conditions.

The TC further agreed that the <change-info> element should use the same
elements for meta information as the <office:meta> element. This has
been discussed some time ago, but was not formally agreed. The same
applies to merge-last-para attribute, where the TC agreed to remove it.

New Action Items
----------------
none
