Acceptance of Minutes of the September, the 27th meeting ------------------------------------------------------- - The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes. Action Items ------------ - Lars Oppermann: Preparation of MIME type registration. - in progress, see below - Michael Brauer: Prepare TC charter clarification - in progress MIME type registration ---------------------- Security statement should be similar to those in other related types e.g. XHTML, stating, that documents may contain scripts/programs which are interpreted/executed by the recipients computer; thus the recipient needs to trust the sender, before he allows the interpretation/execution of such scripts/programs. Security statements do not cover security related type features like encryption/electronic-signature. A version parameter does not seem so desirable, because it doesn't add any benefit to the content handling while adding complexity to the process. CustomShape Proposal ---------------------------------------- The TC discussed the proposal to integrate CustomShape functionality into the existing specification (see http://www.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200409/msg00036.html). The TC unanimously agreed to this proposal. Miscellaneous ----------- Daniel Vogelheim announced the posting of one minor correction to the XForms proposal.
