Greetings, The fourth paragraph of 1.5 Document Processing and Conformance, reads: There are two exceptions from the above rules: Comment: Actually, the exception is only to the immediately preceeding paragraph which treats preservation of foreign elements and attributes. Suggest: There are two exceptions to the rule on preservation of foreign elements and attributes: (Reasoning that since it immediately follows the rule there is no need for a more specific reference.)
