Action Items ------------ Michael: prepare issue tracking - in progress Michael: Edit specification document - done Michael: Conduct e-mail ballot for committee draft voting - done News ---- The e-mail ballot for the Committee Draft Voting was invalid, because it did not run for 7 calendar days as requested by the OASIS TC rules. ISO Status ---------- Robert reported that there seem to be comments from China, but that it is unclear whether these comments are official ones. Jim Mason will clarify this the the SC34 secretary, Ken Holman. The TC aims to process the comments independent of its status regarding the ISO ballot. Committee Draft/Public Review Ballots ------------------------------------- The attending TC members unanimously approved Draft 30 http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/18479/office-spec-1.0-draft30.sxw as a committee draft. The attending TC members further unanimously approved a submission of the committee draft for a 15-day subsequent public review. Michael will create the specification document for the public review. Accessibility Evaluation of the OpenDocument v1.0 specification --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The A11y SC created an accessibility report for OpenDocument v1.0. An executive summary of the report is available at: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200605/msg00107.html The report itself is at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office-accessibility/download.php/18482/odf11requirements052606b.odt The attending TC members unanimously approved the report as a TC deliverable, and agreed to process the recommendations contained in the report individually in the next TC meeting(s). Michael will announce the report at the TC's web page.
