Please review OpenDocument-v1.1-draft8

Dear TC members,

I would like to ask all of you, and in particular those whose submitted 
comments to the ODF 1.1 draft, to review this ODF 1.1 draft 8, if you 
didn't do so already. It shall contain all changes we agreed to make in 
response to the comments we received.

If no objections are raised, I propose that we vote for conducting a 
committee specification ballot for this draft in our coordination call 
on Monday.
