OpenDocument v1.1 Committee Specification Ballot

Mary,

the OpenDocument TC in its meeting on October, the 9th, has approved 
OpenDocument v1.1 Committee Draft 3. It includes the changes the TC 
agreed in reply to the comments that were received during the public 
review of Committee Draft 2. A link to the list of these comments and 
their resolution is provided below. The TC considers these changes to be 
non-substantive.

The TC has further agreed to conduct a Committee Specification Ballot 
for Committee Draft 3, which I would like to ask you to set up and conduct.
