Dear TC members,

I have updated the TC web page. In particular, I have

- included an announcement of the Metadata Use Cases and the 
OpenDocument v1.1 Committee Draft 3.
- replaced the very short "Overview" text with the overview from 
opendocument.xml.org (http://opendocument.xml.org/overview)
- added a link to the adoption TC (in the overview section)
- added links to OpenDocument v1.0 (Second Edition), to OpenDocument 
v1.1, to the Accessibility evaluation and to the metadata use cases 
document.
- added a link to opendocument.xml.org
