Subject: Working from Home
Office, This is a reminder that requests to work from home must be approved in advance by your supervisor. We are sensitive to employee needs but remember this is a privilege and should be treated as such. Once you have approval, please notify staff of your availability and contact information for any matters that may arise, if you are unable to notify staff then your supervisor must notify staff. Your fellow employees expect you in the office during work hours and are naturally concerned when you are "missing". It is also expected that if you notify staff if you have meetings or work scheduled outside of the office. Thank you for your cooperation. Cathie HR Liaison
