In my view it's:
1 P1
1.10 P2
1.11 P3

In my view it's:
1 P1
2 P2
1 P3
2 P4
3 P5
4 P6
The third list (paragraphs P5 and P6) continues the numbering of first
list (paragraphs P1 and P2), because we should clarify in the existing
revised proposal
(http://www.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200703/msg00172.html), that
text:continue-list "wins over" text:continue-numbering and that these
attributes should be used mutual exclusive.

In my view it's:
1 P1
2 P2
1 P3
2 P4
3 P5
4 P6
The third list (paragraphs P5 and P6) continues the numbering of first
list (paragraphs P1 and P2).

Correct.
