I just wanted to re-state, that I strongly oppose the notion of the
specification of lists requiring that the counter is controlled through
the style of the list. Our charter calls for content and layout
information in ODF documents to be organized in a fashion that allows
the content to processed independently. Explicitly linking list
semantics to style information would clearly undermine this goal.
