We have not yet voted on the errata.
 Patrick was going to revise his document to make it more minimalist,
just giving the text changes, without extraneous explanations.  This
appears to be the ISO practice and preference.

The plan is to submit this response
to the JISC defect report on its own.  This will not prevent us from
producing other errata documents.  We can review today if this is
unclear.
