approved without objection (http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200804/msg00006.html)
* Warren reminded the TC of
his note of 31 March reporting an error in Michael's angle values proposal.
- Action item for Michael
to address Warren's note: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200803/msg00079.html
* Update on OpenFormula and
discussion around date counting conventions
- David note that the definition
of GAMMADIST has been revised to match application conventions for parameter
ordering and normalization
- Rob noted that he had posted
OOXML's YEARFRAC and date basis definitions, but that they were ambiguous
- Eike noted that the OOXML
definitions result in difference numeric results than what Excel calculates.
* Accessibility SC -- Rob
has action item to check with Peter K. and Rich S. on updated accessibility
guidelines with new conformance clause, so we can go forward with a Committee
Specification ballot.
* More discussion on play
versus edit modes. David suggests that this information can be encoded
in mimetype file. IBM Beijing team and David Wheeler will each send
out a proposal.
* Rob takes action item to
see if OOXML has good definitions for ODD{F,L}, Yield and Price spreadsheet
functions. We currently have definitions, but no mathematical formula.
* It was agreed that David
Faure's note on relationship of paragraph and character styles will be
discussed next week when Michael returns.
* No further business was
raised.
