Comment #2: Intelligence Community Information Security Markings

Greetings,

I was trying to prepare for the comment discussion today on Comment #2, 
Intelligence Community Information Security Markings, when I discovered 
that https://www.icmwg.org was down for maintenance. Actually what 
happened when I tried to follow the hyperlink was I got the message:

www.icmwg.org has sent an incorrect or unexpected message. Error code -12263

When I truncated the URL to just the domain name I got the maintenance 
message.

It does sound like an interesting issue.
