that found that formally defines this.

#0021: Public comment #13 -- need to clarify whether date patterns given 
in text of standard are examples, or definitions of the allowed format

#0020: Public comment # 10 -- draft new language to define default 
prefix -- base it on XSLT language

#0019: Post updated ODF 1.2 RNG schema files
- done. The uploaded schema should be considered to be a working schema 
only. A few definitions are still missing.

Rob's suggestions were appreciate by the TC. Rob will further evolve his 
proposal. Michael suggested to use the new form immediately for new 
proposals to get early feedback.

#18,19,21: These are resolved in ODF v1.1, may be include into an ODF 
v1.0 errata

#20 Clarification sought in section 8.1.3 “Table Cell”:
It was unclear whether the current language is clear. Rob wants to 
verify this.

#22 Section 8.1 “Basic Table Model” is not clear on what is required 
versus optional – poor use of ISO control vocabulary:
Patrick wants to create a report regarding the use of the term "typically".

#23 Broken link on PDF page 2: It is not planned to update the PDF 
version of the ODF v1.0 specification. The link is correct in other 
versions. It was discussed whether links could be checked for future 
versions automatically, and whether this may be done for PDF documents.

#24 Clarification sought in 8.3.1
David accepted an action item to check whether the behavior of cell 
ranges that reference cells that are not defined in the document itself 
is defined.
