* Minutes from 2008-06-30 coordination call:
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200807/msg00030.html

The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

* Action Items as listed at
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/members/action_items.php

Listed are only those items where an update is available.

#0009: Numbered paragraph/list errata for ODF 1.0: List the affected
sections in the ODF 1.0 specification together with a proposed
resolution that follows the clarifications made already for ODF 1.2.

In progress. Because the content for the first ODF 1.0 errata has been
closed on June, the 30th, Rob will add the topic to the public comment
spreadsheet in order to avoid that it is overlooked for a 2nd ODF 1.0
errata.

#0014: Draft a paragraph that explains the ODF style inheritance model
in more detail.

Michael has drafted a text, but wants to turn this into an proposal.

#0021: Public comment #13 -- need to clarify whether date patterns given
in text of standard are examples, or definitions of the allowed format.
Is only a subset of XML Schema dateTime allowed?

Done, follow-up action item is #0037

#0028: Notify Murata and/or SC34 Secretariat that we are closing content
of ODF 1.0 Approved Errata document, and that any additional defects
must be proposed to the ODF TC's comment list by June 30th.

Done.

#0033: Respond to public comment #28 on semantic granularity:
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office-comment/200604/msg00002.html

Done.

#0037: Propose language for open formula to clarify interaction of
timezones and datetime values.

David has posted a first proposal, but wants to update that.

* ODF 1.0 errata document

The content of the errata document has been closed on June, the 30th.
Patrick has prepared a draft errata based on the ISO/IEC 26300 text.
To start the OASIS approval process for an OASIS errata it needs to be
checked whether the section numbers used in the errata match those of
the OASIS OpenDocument v1.0 standard.

It has been discussed whether the errata should include changes made
between ODF 1.0 and ODF 1.0 2nd edition. These changes will not be
included into the current errata, but may be included into a 2nd one.

* New Proposal Form

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200805/msg00122.html

It has been discussed how stable and unmodifiable versions of Wiki
content could be prepared or referenced which can be used in TC votes.
The idea of referencing particular versions of Wiki entries was mentioned.

It was agreed that all proposals shall be tracked on the new Wiki page

http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/List_of_Proposals

and that a new page should be created for proposals that have been
agreed for ODF 1.2.

* Discussion of proposals

- proposal for ODF 1.2: extension of vertical relation values for
certain anchor types

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200806/msg00001.html

It was discussed whether the TC should agree on some general rules how
existing implementations should process invalid/unknown attribute values
before this proposal is discussed.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:10pm CET
