Subject: Groups - Conformance Definition Proposal (conformance-definition-proposal-v5.odt) (formerly 08-09-26-proposal00074) modified

This updated proposal contains additional headings and the wording for the
processing of foreign elements was improved as suggested in the last TC
call.

I also replaced the term "application" with either "generator" or
"processor" in the "document processing" section to better align this with
the conformance clauses. I further noticed that the notion that "an element
appears" within some other" is not very precise and now use the notion of
parent elements and ancestor elements. The new wording also takes into
account that a <draw:frame> may appear within a <text:p>. For foreign
elements that appear in a <text:frame> element (or another element that
breaks the text flow), it seems not to be reasonable to process the
content, although they appear within a >text:p>.
