Hi David,

you have to request a discussion in a TC call until the end of the 
Wednesday before the call. After the proposal has been discussed, you 
may request a vote for the next call, again until Wednesday. The details

Rob: Since it is Wednesday already, I believe we should interpret this 
question from David as a request for a discussion of his proposal. Do
