Point 2 is not needed, because in the accepted "ODF 1.2 process 
proposal" says that this wiki page is obsolete now.
Thus, you have now requested your proposal to be included into ODF 1.2 
according to the accepted "ODF 1.2 process proposal".

I do not know. Your proposal is in the list of "In Progress Proposals". 
Still under its former name, but the link goes to the proposal this the 
new name. Probably, Michael or Rob can adjust the list of "In Progress 
Proposals" accordingly to reflect the change of the proposal's name.


The further steps to get your proposal approved are found at 
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/How_to_propose_a_change_or_addition_to_ODF
But according to the accepted "ODF 1.2 process proposal" you have to 
hold same deadlines for ODF 1.2 integration. The first one (requesting 
it for integration) is already hold.

According to the accepted "ODF 1.2 process proposal", point 7, further 
actions have to be decided by the TC on the next ODF TC's call on 
2008-12-15, when more than 5 proposals have been requested for ODF 1.2
