Bob,

I've gone through all of the comments which arrived with the word 
"Requirements" in the subject line, which is what we request in the Call 
for Proposals.  These are now all classified in JIRA as 'ODF-Next" and 
assigned to you.  So they should be easy to find.

The other source of ODF-Next proposals is on the wiki:

Oliver, 

Since the TC has not discussed or committed to these proposals, it will be 
best if you refer to these proposals as items "under consideration", or 
something similar.  We can say more once we have a report out from the 
Requirements SC that we can discuss and approve.  But that will probably 
not occur before the ODF Plugfest.
