Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Created: (OFFICE-1525) Editor Note: Section17.326 meta:character-count
Editor Note: Section 17.326 meta:character-count ------------------------------------------------- Key: OFFICE-1525 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-1525 Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC Issue Type: Bug Reporter: Robert Weir Transcribed from ODF_Revised_Editorial_Notes_27May2009.odt Original author: Patrick Durusau Section 17.326 meta:character-count Ed. Note: Michael has pointed out that if an attribute value is changd, this count does not. That iswe have not defined what is counted (or not) nor the time of counting, such as the last save. This is true generally for all the meta:*-count attributes. What is counted depends on an implied document model that exludes tracked changes, for example. Two issues on the meta:*-count attributes. First, do we need to say that we have not defined when the count is performed? Or is silence enough? Second, on locale specific issues, such as characters, words, sentences, etc., do we need a note under each entry saying that it is locale specific? -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
