On the other issues:

I don't deny that HTML submission requires the use of a name for a form but that is hardly a reason to generalize a poor practice.

Moreover, the example of grouping radio buttons is an example of inconsistent use of names. Not being for addressing a button but for grouping them together.

Not that we can solve it here but I certainly hope for a separation of addressing, display names, grouping, etc. in ODF-Next.

Is the note suggestion acceptable?
