The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.


* TC schedule

The TC agreed to cancel the TC meeting on June, the 15th.


* TC Liaison Resolutions

The TC agreed that the following TC members become liaison as defined by 
the OASIS liaison policy to the following groups:

1) Michael Brauer to become liaison to the OASIS ODF Adoption TC.
Michael Brauer was the only volunteer for this position.

2) Rob Weir to become liaison to the OASIS ODF Interoperability and 
Conformance TC.
Rob Weir was the only volunteer for this position.

3) Patrick Durusau to become liaison to JTC1/SC34.
Patrick Durusau was the only volunteer for this position.

4) Doug Mahugh to become liaison to JTC1/SC34/WG4 "Office Open XML".
Doug Mahugh was the only volunteer for this position.

6) Stephen Peront to become liaison to JTC1/SC34/WG5 "Document 
Interoperability"
Stephen Peront was the only volunteer for this position.


* TC Liaison Discussions

The W3C SVG WG group has asked the TC for a liaison with the SVG WG. 
There seem to be no TC members who are already members of the SVG WG.
TC members who are interested in joining the SVG WG and to become 
liaisons to the SVG WG shall notify the TC chairs.


* JTC1/SC34/Ad Hoc Group 3

Jamie Clark explained the opportunities for collaboration with the 
JTC1/SC34 panel assigned to work with OASIS on current and future 
versions of the ISO/IEC 26300 version of ODF.

The ad-hoc working group will meet in Seattle in September, and the TC 
could designate some of its members as its representatives by a resolution.

The TC welcomed the invitation and will now look for TC members 
interested in joining the meeting. Patrick Durusau and Dennis Hamilton 
have shown interest to join the meeting. Further TC members that are 
interested in joining the meeting shall notify the TC. A resolution to 
designate TC members as representatives shall take place in one of the 
very next TC meetings.


* Editors SC

The TC approved a resolution for the foundation of the following SC:

SC Name: OpenDocument Editors
Statement of purpose: Maintenance of the TC's JIRA issues.
Deliverables: none
Chairs: Rob Weir, Michael Brauer

The purpose of the TC is to provide a roster for TC members that have 
extended JIRA permissions.

The following TC members intent to join the SC in addition the TC 
chairs, the TC editors and the SC chairs:
Dennis Hamilton, Eike Rathke, Oliver Wittmann
