Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-1669) Editor Note: Section15.2.1 <style:map>

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-1669?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12825#action_12825 ]

Michael Brauer commented on OFFICE-1669:
----------------------------------------

I also don't think there should be any restrictions on n. But I would remove the full list item

----
The condition must be in the format value() op n, where op is a relational operator and n is a number. For Boolean styles the condition value must be true and false.
----

We have a full list of conditions in the description of style:condition (18.470), so we don't need that here.

In ODF 1.2 draft 6 the description was actually grouped by style families. Because not all style families do support all conditions I suggest that we revert to that description. I will prepare a proposal that amends that we had in draft 6.

> Ed. Note: We define a list of relational operators but do we mean for those to be a limit here? Are there any restrictions on n? What about value()? I am not sure we can fix this in this release but do think we should be prepared to fix it if challenged in OASIS or ISO.
> Oliver says: "unfortunately, no input from my side to this ed. note "
