Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Updated: (OFFICE-1459) Public Comment:Variable decl location (ODF all versions)

Oliver-Rainer Wittmann updated OFFICE-1459:
-------------------------------------------

    Proposal:
Together with Andreas' suggestion I propose the following:
Replace text in 6.4.1
"In the OpenDocument file format, a variable shall be declared at the beginning of a document."
by
"In an OpenDocument file, the variable declarations shall be the first child elements in its parent elements."
    Assignee: Patrick Durusau

Andreas, thanks for the clarification.

All, please have a look at my proposal.
Any objections?
