Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-2059) Resolve potentialambiguity with optionality in leading "=" and "=="

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2059?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16323#action_16323 ]

Robert Weir commented on OFFICE-2059:
--------------------------------------

I agree that the force recalc option belongs in the hosting language not in OpenFormula. We could resolve this in Part I by simply using another character. For example, use '~' or something like that. Of course, we're only specifying the storage of the attribute. The UI can do whatever it wants.

> Between statements in ODF 1.2 Part 1 where OpenFormula formulae may be hosted, and the description of the use of optional namespace prefix, leading "=", and the extra leading "==" for recalculation control, I am concerned that this situation has unresolvable ambiguities.
