       Proposal: Move the Part 3 cd01 Section 2, Conformance, to be the last-numbered section of the specification.   This will be section 7 once the cd01 sections 3 through 7 become renumbered as section 2 through 6.  To avoid any confusion and to invite all comments against this numbering, issue the changed document as cd02.     Description: 
Along with bringing the front matter and organization into conformance with the latest templates, the Conformance chapter must be made into the last-numbered chapter of the specification.
