Voting rights are regained after attendance at two consecutive meetings. * Posted agenda was approved by unanimous consent. * Minutes of the November 9th were approved by unanimous consent. * Discussion of ODF 1.2 - Reviewed and discussed the recently-announced public review for ODF 1.2 Part 3 --> Michael will create a new version target in JIRA corresponding to ODF 1.2 Part 3 CD01. This will be used for public review comments. Michael will also define a filter to return these issues. --> Rob will run automation to bring in comments from office-comment list into JIRA. --> Doug S. will notify the W3C Web App WG as to the ODF 1.2 Part 3 Public Review - Discussed remaining work on ODF 1.2 Part 1. - Michael is executing some consistency checks between element/attribute names in the text of the specification and the schema - Discussion on whether the schema itself could/should be spell checked - Discussion on whether there are tools available to verify the embedded BNF fragments in the specification - Rob and Dennis reported on Part 2 work, including the decision on the EASTER() spreadsheet function * Discussion of ODF 1.0 maintenance - Rob noted the recently-received defect report from the UK NB in SC34. Only 10 issues. Rob suggested that the TC's response might be appended to our response to the 2nd defect report from Murata-san, and processed via a single Approved Errata document. * Other - Doug S. mentioned that the W3C has a specification at last call "EXI" = "Efficient XML" which relates to packaging. The efficiency aspects of packaging and editing was discussed with the suggestion that there is certainly more work that could be done here to make best practices more widely known. * Adjourned at 10:33 EST
