* Discussion of ODF 1.2

- Reviewed and discussed the recently-announced public review for ODF 1.2
Part 3

--> Michael will create a new version target in JIRA corresponding to ODF
1.2 Part 3 CD01. This will be used for public review comments. Michael
will also define a filter to return these issues.

--> Rob will run automation to bring in comments from office-comment list
into JIRA.

--> Doug S. will notify the W3C Web App WG as to the ODF 1.2 Part 3 Public
Review

- Discussed remaining work on ODF 1.2 Part 1.

- Michael is executing some consistency checks between element/attribute
names in the text of the specification and the schema

- Discussion on whether the schema itself could/should be spell checked

- Discussion on whether there are tools available to verify the embedded
BNF fragments in the specification

- Rob and Dennis reported on Part 2 work, including the decision on the
EASTER() spreadsheet function

* Discussion of ODF 1.0 maintenance

- Rob noted the recently-received defect report from the UK NB in SC34.
Only 10 issues. Rob suggested that the TC's response might be appended to
our response to the 2nd defect report from Murata-san, and processed via a
single Approved Errata document.

* Other

- Doug S. mentioned that the W3C has a specification at last call "EXI" =
"Efficient XML" which relates to packaging. The efficiency aspects of
packaging and editing was discussed with the suggestion that there is
certainly more work that could be done here to make best practices more
widely known.

* Adjourned at 10:33 EST
