Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Created: (OFFICE-2284) Invalid constraints
Invalid constraints ------------------- Key: OFFICE-2284 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2284 Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC Issue Type: Bug Components: OpenFormula Affects Versions: ODF 1.2 Reporter: Andreas Guelzow Fix For: ODF 1.2 We have in 5.2: Constraints: A description of constraints, in addition to the constraints imposed by the parameter types. If there are no additional constraints beyond those imposed by the parameter types, this is "None". If a constraint is not met, the function/operator should return an Error unless otherwise noted. I always, perhaps incorrectly, read this as that the constraints limit the possible parameters (beyond what is implied by their type). In the function descriptions we have: ACOT Constraints: The result must be between 0 and PI(). ACOTH Constraints: Real result ATAN Constraints: The result must be between -PI()/2.0 and PI()/2.0. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
