NPV already states row-wise evaluation.
XNPV:
Parameter Values is not a NumberSequence, but Array instead. Any non-numeric element makes the function return an error.
Parameter Dates is not a DateSequence, but Array instead. Any non-numeric (not date serial number) element makes the function return an error.
First element of Dates indicates the start of cash flow (already defined), all subsequent dates must be greater or equal than that (but not necessarily in order).
SERIESSUM:
Evaluation order does not matter.
Parameter Coefficients is not a NumberSequence, but Array instead. Any non-numeric element makes the function return an error.
