19.199 lists the elements that can take a draw:name attribute

"The draw:name attribute specifies a name by which a <...> element can be referenced. "

Only 19.199.8 has an extra clause

"The draw:name attribute specifies a name by which a <draw:equation> element can be referenced. The name shall not contain spaces."


Is this intentional ? Does this mean that the other elements can have a draw:name attribute containing a value with a space in it ?
