New  text (see 2010-03-30 discussion):

In section 3.4 (Complex Numbers), replace 3rd and 4th paragraph with:
"A complex number may, but need not, be represented as a Number or Text.
The result of the functions ISNUMBER and ISTEXT are implementation-defined when applied to a complex number."
